VISITING RULES

Court reservations for the winter period are subject to prepayment.
Entry to the court is permitted only in clean tennis shoes with light soles.
Entry to hard courts in shoes previously used on clay courts is prohibited.
During group training, parents remain in the lounge area.
It is prohibited to use dirty equipment and balls.
It is prohibited to eat or drink any colored or hot drinks on the court.
In case of non-compliance with the rules, the fine is 3000 UAH.

CANCELLATION OF COURT BOOKING

You can cancel your court rental or training with a coach 24 hours before the training. In case of late cancellation, the cost is paid in full.

Clay courts

A training hour on a clay court lasts 55 minutes, 5 minutes are left for cleaning the court.

5 minutes before the end of the training, the client is obliged to clean the court before the next training.

GROUP CLASSES

Children's group classes are not rescheduled in case of absence from training, the class can be left for another group on the day specified by the coach and administration. The class can be left within a month from the moment of absence.

ANDREY MEDVEDEVA'S GROUP

Group classes in Andrei Medvedev's professional group are not rescheduled and are lost if the player is absent from training. It is possible to attend group classes provided that the full monthly package is paid at the beginning of the training month.
